We have reached a Tentative Agreement with the company! 

This is not just any agreement; it is the product of months of determination, unity, and strength at the bargaining table. Together, we have secured a truly non-concessionary contract that reflects the respect you have earned.

In the days ahead, a highlighter will be shared with an overview of the agreement, followed by a full contract summary for your review next week. Once the Election Committee has everything in place, you will have the opportunity to vote for your future. Take the time to read, ask questions, and most importantly, stand up and be counted. Your voice matters, and your vote will shape the path forward.

As we prepare to vote on this Tentative Agreement, it’s important to understand the process. If the membership turns this agreement down, your Bargaining Committee will then have the authority to call a strike. That vote would essentially take the place of the strike authorization vote we’ve already been preparing for.

This is about your voice, your future, and your contract. By standing strong together, we ensure that, whether it’s through ratification or the right to strike, we remain in the driver’s seat of this fight.
