Brothers and Sisters,

As we approach the deadline for our contract negotiations, I want to take a moment to recognize the strength and solidarity you’ve all shown throughout this process. Your commitment has made our collective voice impossible to ignore, and it’s clear that when we stand together, we stand stronger.

Your Bargaining Committee has been working tirelessly at the table, pushing for the fair contract you deserve, one that reflects your hard work, dedication, and the respect you’ve earned. While we’ve made significant progress, the final stretch is always the most challenging.

From the start, your surveys made it clear what mattered most, and we’ve kept those priorities front and center every step of the way:

• General Wage Increases (GWI’s): Meaningful raises that reflect your hard work and dedication.
• Retirement Security: Protecting and strengthening your future.
• Healthcare: Ensuring affordable, quality coverage for you and your families.

There are still a few items to finalize, but we are confident that we can reach a tentative agreement before the deadline. On Tuesday, September 16th, we will present another economic proposal to the company. Their response will make clear whether a strike vote becomes necessary. If that moment comes, we will communicate with you immediately.

This is where unity matters most. Every message of support, every conversation with a coworker, and every show of solidarity reinforces the power we bring as a Union.
